Terms & Disclosures

These terms describe use of the DollhairsX LLC website and provide general disclosures about our Creative Capital and Targeted AI Systems services. A separately agreed written proposal, service agreement, or executed transaction document controls the specific engagement if it differs from the general information on this website.

1. Website use

This website is intended for adults exploring business-purpose services and real-estate opportunities. If you act for a business or another person, you must have authority to provide information and make commitments on their behalf. Provide accurate information and do not use the site for fraud, unlawful activity, unauthorized access, malicious code, or interference with its operation.

The private dashboard is restricted to authorized users. Do not share access credentials or attempt to view another person’s records without permission.

2. Creative Capital inquiries

Website descriptions and conversations are an invitation to discuss an opportunity. They are not a loan approval, commitment to lend, offer of securities, guarantee of funding, or promise of a particular rate, return, timeline, or outcome. Sending an inquiry does not create a lender-borrower, advisory, agency, or fiduciary relationship.

Any proposed financing is subject to review, due diligence, documentation, applicable legal requirements, and written agreement by the relevant parties. Available structures and services depend on the transaction and jurisdiction. No website statement represents that DollhairsX holds a particular license or can provide a regulated service in every location.

Creative Capital content concerns real-estate investment and business-purpose opportunities, not an advertised consumer mortgage program. A business-purpose label does not itself determine legal treatment or remove requirements that may apply to a transaction.

3. Targeted AI Systems Sprint

The Sprint begins with a free audit to assess fit. If both sides wish to proceed, a written proposal defines the workflows, deliverables, schedule, responsibilities, fees, payment dates, and cancellation terms before a deposit is requested.

The currently advertised founding-client price is $2,500. A $500 deposit, paid after approval of the written proposal, is credited toward that total. The remaining $2,000 is payable separately under the agreed proposal. The deposit is not an additional charge on top of the stated Sprint price.

The advertised Sprint includes two agreed workflows, configuration, testing, documentation, and 30 days of post-launch support, subject to the scope in the written proposal. Additional workflows, major revisions, or ongoing work require a separate agreement. Optional AI Care is advertised at $500 per month and requires a separate agreement; paying the Sprint deposit does not enroll you in it.

4. Payments, cancellations, and refunds

Payments are processed through Stripe and the payment methods offered at checkout. Pay a deposit only after agreeing to your written proposal. Timing may depend on payment-method settlement. A payment by itself does not expand the project scope or replace the written agreement.

Cancellation, rescheduling, refund eligibility, and any charges for work already performed are governed by the agreed proposal and applicable law. This website does not impose a blanket nonrefundable-deposit rule. Review those terms before paying; if they are missing or unclear, request clarification first.

For a duplicate or incorrect payment, cancellation request, or billing question, contact lending@dollhairsx.com. Include the payment date and relevant receipt or transaction reference, but not full card or bank details. Applicable statutory rights are not limited by these website terms.

5. Client responsibilities and third-party tools

Clients are responsible for providing timely access, accurate inputs, necessary permissions, and a person who can review and approve work. Software subscriptions, usage charges, and third-party fees are included only when the proposal expressly says so. Access delays, changing requirements, or third-party limitations may affect the schedule.

Third-party software, payment services, and AI providers operate under their own terms. Their pricing, features, availability, and data practices can change. Ownership, licensing, confidentiality, and permitted use of project deliverables should be specified in the service agreement.

6. AI limitations and human review

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable for a particular decision. Review outputs before relying on them, sending them to others, or using them in consequential actions. AI-assisted work does not replace appropriate human judgment or professional review.

We do not guarantee particular revenue, savings, investment results, financing outcomes, regulatory compliance, or uninterrupted operation. Any estimates or examples are illustrative unless expressly incorporated as commitments in a written agreement.

7. General information, not professional advice

Website content is general business information and is not individualized legal, tax, investment, accounting, appraisal, or other licensed professional advice. Obtain advice from qualified professionals for the particular decision or transaction. Real-estate and business activities involve risk, including possible financial loss.

8. Appointments and communications

Providing contact information for an inquiry or booking allows us to respond about that request. It does not by itself authorize unrelated marketing campaigns. Contact us if an appointment must be changed. A scheduled conversation does not constitute approval of funding or acceptance of a paid engagement.

9. Website materials and availability

DollhairsX website text, branding, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may view and use them to evaluate our services; other uses require permission unless allowed by law. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

We aim to keep information useful and current but do not promise that every page is error-free or continuously available. Confirm material pricing, scope, and transaction details in writing. Links to other services are provided for convenience and do not place those services under our control.

10. Privacy, updates, and questions

Our Privacy Policy describes information handling for the website and related interactions. Updated website terms will carry a revised date. A website revision does not automatically rewrite an existing signed engagement or transaction agreement.
